About the Role: Our client is searching for an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in intellectual property law, with a proven track record of handling complex IP matters. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and representation to a diverse range of clients, including start-ups and multinational corporations. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis on intellectual property issues
  • Drafting and reviewing IP-related agreements, including licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and assignments
  • Managing trademark, copyright, and patent portfolios
  • Advising clients on IP enforcement and litigation matters
  • Keeping abreast of developments in IP law and industry trends

About You: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Qualified solicitor with 7 or more years of PQE in intellectual property law
  • Strong academic background with a focus on intellectual property or related fields
  • Extensive experience handling IP matters, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
