About the Role: Our client is searching for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law, with a proven track record of handling a wide range of employment matters. As an Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and representation to clients on various employment-related issues, including but not limited to discrimination, wrongful termination, and contractual disputes. You will also be involved in drafting employment contracts, policies, and procedures, as well as representing clients in employment tribunals and courts when necessary.

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK employment legislation and regulations.
  • Proven experience in providing legal advice and representation to clients on employment-related matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
