About the Role: Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Corporate Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular compliance assessments and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risk and promote a culture of ethical conduct.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and facilitate training programs.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Investigating compliance breaches and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits.

About You: The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate compliance within the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of financial services and anti-money laundering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance) are highly desirable.
