Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions, capital raising initiatives, and financial advisory services.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and industry dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
