About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. With a focus on delivering insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance, the Senior Accountant will contribute to driving business growth and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including but not limited to, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide valuable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and filings.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to management for decision-making purposes.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to foster professional development and growth within the team.

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
